Let's Talk About Payment Options

When you book a session at Pix by J Marie you will not only enjoy an experience, but you also have the opportunity to invest in preserving the memories of that experience.

I know that photographs are an important aspect to my clients, and being able to preserve memories to remember at an affordable price is something I try to accomplish. Offering an in-house financing option is just another way I can offer a stress-free experience. And the best part about it, it's Interest Free. So there are no hidden fees, or added costs in choosing this option.

What is a Pre-Session Payment Plan?

We offer a complimentary phone call to select a Collection or A la Carte item(s) and create a payment plan from that monetary amount. You can choose to have your payment plan be automatically drafted weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for a set amount so that when your session date arrives, your order is paid in full. Payment plans are offered to all clients, regardless of the amount of their order. Pre-Session Payment Plans are not refundable if you cancel your session, or if you choose to spend less than the amount you financed. We will send you a seperate Payment Plan contract which will outline the terms.

What are the payment options regarding the purchasing of my images?

Every client is offered a Pre-Session Payment Plan that can start as early as the day they book their session and can extend until the week prior to their session. We also provide our clients with Bonuses valued at up to $1200 if they Pre-Purchase a Collection, or Build Their Own Collection. Clients can choose to

A. Set up a Pre-Session Payment Plan,

B. Pay In Full Pre-Session, or

C. Wait until you see your images at your image reveal & ordering appointment and pay in full at the conclusion.

There is absolutely no pressure to purchase anything before you see your images.

Why would I want to do a Pre-Session Payment Plan?

Well, for starters, it makes the day of your session less about money and more about the experience. We strive to give all of our clients an amazing day of laughter and fun, and everyone walks away with a collection of amazing images from their session. At the end of your session day, the last thing you want to do is try to make a decision on a large financial purchase. Pre-Paying for your album (our single most sold item), collection or a la carte item(s) allows us to skip the headache and stress of making a big decision and figuring out payment, so you can focus on loving and enjoying every minute of your session without the stress of having to swipe your card at the end. Not to mention, the Bonuses we give our clients for doing a Pre-Session Payment Plan, or Pay In Full Prepayment are worth it just for the perks. Who doesn't want Free Products? If you work it right you can get up to $1200 in free goodies. All just for paying for what you were going to get at your ordering appointment anyways.

Can I get a payment plan AFTER my image reveal and ordering appointment?

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit, Zelle, CashApp, & PayPal Credit (pending credit approval through PayPal). We do NOT accept checks.

Can I make additional purchases at a later date?

At the conclusion of your image reveal, your images will be archived for 6 months. As we approach the 6 month mark, you will be sent an email advising your images will be removed from archive and deleted on a specified date. Any orders made after the image reveal and ordering appointment will need to be paid in full at the time of ordering and are not eligible for a payment plan.

What happens to the images I do not purchase?

All images are deleted 6 months after your image reveal and ordering appointment.

All sales are FINAL.

At the conclusion of your image reveal and ordering appointment, we will have you fill out a Final Sale Agreement which states that we cannot allow for changes to your order. This is studio policy for all clients and no exceptions will be made. Before leaving your ordering appointment, you will approve all product designs, which are then sent directly to our print lab, and your order is placed. Our print lab also has a final sale policy and orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. You may not change, alter, reduce, or request any other types of changes after the ordering appointment.

Step 1: Determine how much you would like to save up for. On average, clients spend between $1200-2000 on their images, either by selecting a collection, or building their own.

Step 2: Determine your deposit amount. Your session fee retainer holds your session date & time. Clients typically pay a 25% deposit for their portraits, and make payments according to a schedule that works for them. Remember the more you deposit, the smaller your payments will be.

Step 3: Determine a comfortable payment plan on your terms. Once your make your deposit you will have some options on how you'd like to pay your balance. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments over a period of up to 12 months. The automatic payment system required a credit/debit card to keep on file, with a signed contract, and payment are automatically charged on a recurring schedule. All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Step 4: Start planning and get excited. Everything will be paid for before your session which means you can come your session without any financial worry and totally enjoy the session to the fullest. Your reveal session will be all about choosing your favorite images, and ordering all of your products with the money in your Pre-Payment Account.
